Website Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 5 November 2026 | Next review: 5 November 2027

1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of https://keatsdisabilityservices.com.au/ operated by Keats Disability Services (Keats). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These terms concern the website, not the terms of any individual support arrangement.

2. Information, not individual advice

Our website provides general information about disability supports, NDIS and icare pathways, allied health and related services. Content is not personalised medical, legal, financial, clinical or NDIS funding advice and should not replace advice from an appropriate professional or government body.

Service descriptions, eligibility, funding, locations and availability may change. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances and confirm current information.

3. No guarantee of services or funding

An enquiry or callback request does not create a service agreement or guarantee eligibility, funding approval, a particular outcome, service availability or an immediate start. Before providing services, Keats may need to assess needs and safety, confirm capacity and funding, obtain consent and enter into a separate agreement.

Any signed service agreement and associated plans govern the actual supports provided. If there is a conflict concerning service delivery, the relevant service agreement prevails to the extent legally permitted.

4. Emergency situations

This website and its forms are not emergency reporting channels and may not be monitored continuously. If there is immediate danger or an urgent medical emergency, call 000. Existing participants and workers should use established Keats incident and emergency procedures.

5. Your use of the website

Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit misleading or abusive material, or misuse other people’s information or intellectual property.

When submitting information about another person, ensure you have appropriate authority to do so.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Keats name, branding, website copy, images, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Keats or the relevant rights holders. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.

7. Privacy and third-party links

Information submitted through the website is handled as explained in our Privacy & Cookies Policy. The website may link to external organisations, tools or services. We do not control those sites and recommend reviewing their own terms and privacy notices.

8. Website availability and accuracy

We take reasonable steps to keep our website useful, accurate and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that all information is error-free or current. The website may be changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.

9. Liability and statutory rights

To the extent permitted by law, Keats is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general website content, temporary interruptions or third-party websites where responsibility cannot legally be attributed to Keats. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

10. Changes and governing law

We may revise website content or these terms. Updated terms take effect when published, unless otherwise stated. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply.
