Keats Disability Services is committed to making our website and information accessible to people with disability, families, carers and the wider community. We value choice, dignity and communication that meets individual needs.

Our website is a single-page landing page with navigation links to content sections. During development, attention was given to readability, page structure, navigation and form usability, including mobile and tablet use.

We aim to improve accessibility with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. However, a formal WCAG 2.2 Level AA audit has not been completed, and we do not claim that the website fully conforms to that standard. Keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader compatibility and other assistive-technology testing have not yet been formally assessed.

If you have difficulty accessing information or completing a website form, contact us. We can discuss reasonable alternatives, such as providing information verbally, in simpler language or in another suitable format, and arranging communication assistance where appropriate.

We welcome feedback about any barriers. Please tell us the page or section involved, what happened and how you would prefer to receive the information. We will review concerns and seek practical improvements. We cannot yet provide a verified list of accessibility limitations until further testing has been completed.
