What we do
Keats Disability Services specialises in Support Coordination as well as Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.
Our focus is on delivering complex support specialising in transition from incarceration to community and transition from psychiatric treatment to community, with a goal to break the stigma surrounding psychosocial-related diagnosis whilst delivering quality support with honesty, transparency and integrity as that is Kira and Drew's motto.
We pride ourselves on achieving outcomes for participants and thinking outside the box as well as collaborating effectively with other service providers to ensure that every participant's needs are met.
About Us
Keats Disability Services was founded by Kira Keating in 2022 after a long career within the disability sector. Kira has worked both within the NDIS and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as an executive assistant to the NSW and ACT director. After Kira realised her passion was more focused on delivering person-centred support, Keats Disability Services was born.
Kira has provided education to a number of Government services including NSW Department of Corrections, State Parole Authority and NSW Health in supporting participants with complex needs and advocating for their choice and control within the NDIS guidelines. Kira has long-standing experience working with Participants with psychosocial diagnoses and has exceptional rapport-building skills to connect with complex and high-needs participants.
